David is a Director at AKUR and is responsible for the firm’s Retail, Consumer and Online Gaming sector. He has over 10 years investment banking experience gained from BNP Paribas, CIBC World Markets, Numis Securities and Akur. His experience includes both UK and cross-border transactions and spans capital markets and M&A advisory for public and private companies. In his role, he has been particularly actively involved in the IPO, financing and sale of a number of the leading online gaming companies.
