 Anthony Richardson

Anthony is a founding Director at Akur and is responsible for Client Transaction Management and also Compliance and Risk Management. He has over 13 years investment banking and corporate finance experience gained at KPMG, Taylor Wessing and Numis Securities. His experience includes both UK and cross-border transactions and spans capital markets and M&A advisory for public and private companies in a number of different jurisdictions including Australia, Brazil, India, Russia, Ukraine and the US.
He has particular responsibility for the firm’s work with Infrastructure India plc, and led the transaction between the London listed-fund, and the Guggenheim Group that completed in early 2011.He leads the on-going work of the firm with Infrastructure India including the provision of advice and services under the Valuation and Portfolio Services Agreement that Akur has with IIP. Anthony regularly represents IIP at various SPV board meetings in India.
Anthony qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
